Dr. Laura Cyran is a New York State licensed psychologist offering evidence-based individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults struggling with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, perfectionism, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic attacks, procrastination, and high-pressure academic, athletic, or occupational environments.

Dr. Cyran also specializes in providing treatment for clients struggling with body-focused repetitive behaviors like hair-pulling (trichotillomania), skin-picking (excoriation), or nail-biting (onychophagia).

Openings are available for adolescents (13+) and adults. In-person sessions are held in Dobbs Ferry, NY. Telehealth sessions are offered to clients living anywhere in New York State.
